- Full HDPE Shell- Underneath the sleek textile cover is a tough HDPE shell and a lightweight EPP impact liner, carefully designed to allow for flexibility and comfort for the wearer.

- 'Air Flow' Technology - The cover has large open weaved panels allowing the easy transfer of cool air. This substantially reduces heat build-up and discomfort for the wearer, especially when worn over long periods.
- Hygienic- The sweatband and padding are treated with Polygiene, which reduces skin irritations, odours and prolongs the lifetime of the fabrics.
- Washable at 60°C- The HardCap AeroLite 60° liner may be cleaned with soap and warm water however this product is also machine washable at 60°C.
- We use Polygiene on this product to help keep it fresh and odourless.
