- Passing and exceeding the required impact tests the HardCap AeroLite 60° is the best performing lightweight full shell bumpcap on the market. Providing complete protection in its category by meeting the requirements of the EN 812 Standard.
- Underneath the sleek textile cover is a tough HDPE shell and a lightweight EPP impact liner, carefully designed to allow for flexibility and comfort for the wearer.
- Replaceable padding to provide extra comfort and a better fit. The comfort pad and the sweatband are moisture wicking to move sweat away from the skin.
- The cover has large open weaved panels allowing the easy transfer of cool air. This substantially reduces heat build-up and discomfort for the wearer, especially when worn over long periods
- The shorter 25mm peak provides improved vision when looking upward.
- The protective liner is removable and fully washable for good hygiene and extended life. It can be cleaned with soap and warm water or machine washable at 60°C.
- The sweatband and padding are treated with Polygiene, which reduces skin irritations, odours and prolongs the lifetime of the fabrics.
